The Black Demon

Synopsis:

The peaceful family vacation of oilman Paul Sturges is turned into a horror when they come upon a vicious megalodon shark that would do everything to defend its territory. In this epic conflict between humanity and nature, Paul and his family are stranded and constantly under assault. They must somehow figure out a means to return his family to land alive before it strikes once again.
