Concrete Utopia

Synopsis:

There has been a great earthquake that has left the planet in ruins. There is just one remaining apartment building in the center of Seoul, despite the fact that no one is certain how far the ruins extend or what caused the earthquake. We refer to it as Hwang Gung Apartments. The people that live there are becoming less and less united. The fortunate occupants of the building, led by the enigmatic Yeong-tak, remove the destitute individuals who are in need of refuge and enforce a strict, authoritarian regime.
