Synopsis:

A writer and English professor named Monk publishes a satirical novel under a pen name with the intention of exposing the hypocrisies of the publishing industry. The instant popularity of the book pushes him to question his deeply held worldviews and becomes more deeply ingrained in his imagined identity.
